Barrio Logan College Institute (BLCI)
BLCI prepares underserved students to be the first in their families to enroll and graduate from college through academic enrichment activities beginning in the third grade.
I worked in BLCI’s Development Department from February 2017 - March 2020 where I managed the grants calendar, grant proposals, grant reports, planned and executed the annual fundraiser, implemented the annual year end giving campaign, maintained weekly donor stewardship, donor events, capital campaign, and supported the board of directors with administrative duties.

Wave Academy
Wave Academy provides aquatic therapy to active duty members, veterans, and their caregivers with PTSD. Wave Academy clients are paired with a licensed aquatic practitioner and meet once a week for eight weeks. This process helps clients reduce PTSD symptoms by 20%.
I have been working with Wave Academy since March 2020 where I currently manage the grants calendar, grant proposals, virtual fundraising campaign, and communication.
